During this season be sure to wash your hands frequently for 20 seconds*, especially after being in the public or if someone in your household is ill. Also important is to disinfect countertops with disinfectant bleach.
Speak to your Health Care Provider about further treatment. The most important take away is extreme cleanliness, staying away from symptomatic people and keeping your immune system as healthy as possible.
Remember, we are not battling just one virus, there are four this season and it is hard to keep healthy.
