According to the CDC, the flu season is the worst in 15 years.

The good news is that Covid and RSV are declining.  The flu seems to be visiting us again for a second round.

Be alert though, if you feel like a "truck" hit you, feverish, muscle aches, cough, loss of appetite, congestion, headache, nausea, sore throat and swollen glands.

The CDC estimates 24 million flu illnesses, 310,000 hospitalizations, and 13,000 deaths.

How to prevent?  Stay home if you think you have the flu, washing your hands frequently during the day, avoid touching you mouth, nose and hands, wearing masks if you can't avoid people who are sick, ie caring for a sick child.

Chicken Soup?  I thoroughly believe in it's medicinal properties especially if you don't have to make it!

Stay well!
