This was given to me by my friend Rosemary.  She loves it!

Fresh lime juice-1/4 cup

Olive oil-2 Tbsp

Red wine vinegar  1 Tbsp

Sugar -1 tsp

Kosher salt -1 tsp

Black pepper-1/2 tsp

Garlic, fresh-1 clove

Canned black beans-1 1/2 cup rinsed and drained, 15 oz

Canned pinto beans-1 1/2 cup rinsed and drained, 15 oz

Uncooked corn-1 1/2 cups

Grape tomatoes-1 cup chopped

Red onion-1/2 cup, finely chopped

Cilantro-1/2cup

Jalapeno pepper- 2 medium, seeded if desired

Orange bell pepper  one medium or one red pepper, diced

Whisk all together and enjoy.
